Messaging Policy

Program description
ReviewGenesis sends transactional SMS review requests to customers of our account holders (home-service contractors) after a completed, paid transaction. A typical message:
“Hi [first name], thanks for choosing [business name]. Could you take 30 seconds to leave us a review? [link] If anything wasn’t right, just reply to this text. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Consent
Account holders must have prior express consent from each recipient before adding a phone number to ReviewGenesis. Consent is typically established when a customer provides their phone number in the course of doing business (booking a job, paying an invoice). ReviewGenesis does not send promotional or marketing messages — only post-transaction review requests tied to a completed job.
Message frequency
Typically one message per completed job. A single follow-up reminder may be sent if the first message is undelivered. Never more than two messages per transaction.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop messages from a given sender. Reply HELP for help and sender contact info. Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently across the ReviewGenesis platform.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. ReviewGenesis does not charge recipients.
