Terms of Service

ReviewGenesis lets you send automated review-request text messages to your customers and route them to public review platforms. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

• You must have prior express consent from every recipient to send them transactional SMS under the TCPA and applicable state laws. Typically this means the customer gave you their number in the course of doing business with you.
• You will not use the service to send marketing, solicitation, or spam messages. Review-requests tied to a completed transaction are permitted; general promotional messages are not.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the customer data you import and for honoring opt-outs you receive outside the platform.
• You will not attempt to interfere with the service, reverse engineer it, resell it, or use it to violate applicable laws or third-party rights (including Google, Facebook, or Twilio terms).

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe at the price shown at checkout (currently $149.99/month). A 14-day free trial is available to new accounts; cancel at any time during the trial to avoid charges. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The included SMS volume (500 messages / UTC month) resets on the first of each month. Sends over the included volume will be blocked until the next period unless you contact us for a higher tier.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation ends billing at the end of the current period; your data remains readable until the period ends and is then archived.

We may suspend or terminate the service for accounts that violate these terms, abuse messaging policies, or put the platform at risk of carrier filtering.

You own your customer data. We own the ReviewGenesis software, brand, and templates. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of either.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ReviewGenesis is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
